When we answer
Business hours in Sri Lanka, usually the same day. Anything about a payment, an account or a judgment in the library reaches a person rather than a queue - there is no ticket number and nobody is asked to describe their problem twice.
Already using it
Every screen has a help topic behind the question mark in its toolbar, and Settings carries the export of everything your firm holds. If something is wrong with an account, write and say which firm it is.

A judgment that mentions you
Judgments are delivered in open court and are public record, but if something about you in the library is wrong, or should not be there, the request goes here and is read by a person.
An instrument we have not got
There is a button on the drafting screen that asks for one, from the place you looked for it and did not find it. It reaches the same list we write templates from.
