Every plan is the whole product. The difference is the allowance and how many people share it - no screen is locked behind a bigger price.
Buy a pack, or name a number. Tokens bought on top never expire, and they are spent only once the month’s allowance has gone.
A search is flat, whatever the question takes: a price that varies with the work means hesitating before asking, which is the opposite of what a research tool is for. A document is charged on the pages it actually produced, never on an estimate made beforehand.

A firm sending reminders through its own Twilio account pays its own provider, and we charge nothing for those.
No. A plan is monthly and you can stop at the end of a month. Closing the account is a button on Settings, and everything the firm holds can be downloaded first.
Move to Firm from the billing screen and the allowance moves with it: 33,300 tokens and up to 10 seats, instead of 3,300 and one.
No. The drafting preview re-renders as you type and costs nothing - charging for it would make the careful way to work the expensive way. You are charged when you finish the document.
Seats stay, metered work stops, and nothing is deleted. Reading your own file stays free, so an empty balance is a pause rather than a loss.
You take them. The export is on Settings and it is the whole firm: matters, notes, dates, clocks, drafts and the ledger. Deletion is a separate button, and it is final.
Yes, and by card through PayHere. Write to us and we will send an invoice with the bank details on it. Every payment gets a numbered invoice on the billing screen either way.
